When i first started this job it was a fun atmosphere work at. Now the managers are a pain and act childish. Managers get away with everything when regular associates have been let go for less. The pay is too low for the busy load we take on. And company alows customers to treat you any kind of way
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think whats going wrong is the "team lead" ad the people above them need training
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, work ethic, compassion. They need to take a manager course so they all can learn how to be one.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel like my co workers do just fine if we had a good management team to lead us we'd be bettet
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers need to change. Pay needs to change. And i think company policy should change because company cares more about disrespectful intitled customers than the people that work for them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because thats what the managers potray. Associates are able to be degraded by customers and there own managers. What would make me feel better sbout me compensation is it to be higher.
