Terrible. Ive been spoken to like im a child since i started: I seriously feel like there is favoritism going on. Because me and the other manager afe the only two white people there and we are always getting fussed at or our job treatened.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because im being worked like crazy even on my off days that i put in to be off. Im always being talked to like im a child. Everything get blammed on me or other manager if something goes wrong. Store manager at 485 never takes responsibility and like to blame other for mistakes
