We all worked together really well. But sometimes there would be miscommunication and favoritism.

Customer interaction, fast pace work environment. Friendly co workers. Always something to do to keep yourself busy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not sure what is meant by leadership team, but in the particular store I worked in, all of the employees were like family.
