Camaraderie amongst fellow team members, despite a lack of communication from immediate supervisor, who appears to be burned out and bitter.
Pay is below industry standard for our geographical area, based on various independent pay scale websites. Annual pay increases, if any, are below basic cost of living increases.
Immediate supervisor is unpleasant, and should leave or learn people skills. Company leadership needs to be more transparent and communicative. Mid and lower level folks are left in the dark.
Poor communication and transparency. Doesn't support growth & development. Annual company evaluations by employees are ignored. One year, PC required employees to join 1 of 3 task forces and asked to submit suggestions for improvement. 2 years later, there has still been no reply, let alone actions
