Listening to their employees, If a lot of people are upset about something maybe things need to change.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of the people that made the environment positive quit due to the company stepping all over us so it is no longer positive anymore.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The only time that Party City is hiring is when they are desperate, so as long as you don't seem insane you will be hired on the spot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel that the amount of pay we receive is even remotely worth the amount of work we have to overcome. I also feel upset that new employees with less experience have double the pay I have as a manager/ previous sales associate.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything, the company changes the store constantly with short deadlines without thinking about the employees who have to endure it. Most of the higher-ups haven't even worked in any of the stores before let alone blown up a balloon but expect magic tricks from their employees to get things done.
