Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is an extremely high stress job. Wages are very low and in no way make up for the personal sacrifices that you must endure to work for this company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More hours and team members are needed to make it possible to complete the never ending lists of tasks and to keep up with the neverending changes in how things are done and what is required. Stop letting "customers" rob the stores blind while employees can do nothing but "give exceptional" service.
