
Everyone tries there best to meet the customers needs and to substitute things if we are out of what they are looking for.
It was simple. They asked my past experiences and if I had transportation and if my background check would come back clear and then I was hired.
The company should care about its workers as much as it does its customers. The workers cannot properly take care of the customers if they workers are not equally treated well and happy.
If the upper management treat the lower staff better the turnover rate wouldn't be so bad and the staff would get a chance to get trained properly and learn more about the job and how best to do everything.
Management only makes $11 a hour which is impossible to live off of and you get in trouble for overtime but even when I did work 16 hours of overtime in 2 weeks my paycheck wasn't even $1,000 after taxes. That's not a living wage.
