What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we respect eachother and use our cultures to our advantage and help out customers who come from different backgrounds and speak different languages. with Karens being on the loose we’ve become strong forces while on the clock. discrimination is real and the company does absolutely nothing.!
What makes you most happy at work?
when im able to successfully create what the customer is asking.the fact i can plan a whole setting for my customers and help them create beautiful memories and have them coming back each and everytime because they know theyve had the best experience with us.but you guys dont see that you only see $
What did you like most about the interview process?
made very promising views but have yet to see any growth within my time here. im honestly truly upset 3 years ive given my best and not 1 penny more. this is truly disgusting i sometimes barely make enough just for gas. id say stop making promising growth knowing no one will be getting anywhere.!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
value our worth. value the staff that has grown with every single modification the company has made theoughout the years let alone all the updates with covid. you all expect us to give you guys are 100% then keep us happy, bump our pay a little just like you have just bumped up all your prices.
