What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues, they are fun to work with and make it easier to come into work.
My coworkers are the best part.
I think its a mix of the people I get to work with here at Pave and really seeing the value of our product and how we are really helping solve customers pain. I'm excited to go to work everyday and there are so many things that factor into this, but really its the people here.

Knowing the force of good our products bring to the world. We're making pay equitable which has been a major problem since the beginning of time.

The company needs to invest in proper feedback looks and better executive management training.
