Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay does not match the increased workload. Salary and Bonus Adjustments can make employees feel better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?When the level up process got frozen, I stayed at a level two pay rate, doing the same amount and quality of work a senior was doing. In addition, I have been required to learn multiple more duties and increase my workload with only 2 small annual raises for the past two years. I would like a raise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation for the base PSD role is low for the level of experience and knowledge that I bring to the role and was non-negotiable. Unless a market adjustment occurs or remote work becomes available, there's nothing that can change this situation other than promoting to Senior then Exec ASAP.
