- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?My answer is mostly influenced by being new. I don't understand 70% of the things asked of me and training was not very helpful unfortunately. I will hopefully feel differently if and when I have a firmer grasp on my role but currently I am drowning and will be drowning for the foreseeable future
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I believe that the work load is tremendous for NCS. I have watched my team come in early, on weekends, and skip lunches to tend to clients. Working with clients directly is stressful and depending on who your TSR is, you may or may not be doing more work than expected

We believe in investing in a greener future for our communities to help create a better environment for generations to come. We are proud to continue to power our headquarters in Oklahoma City and our operations center in Grapevine with 100% wind energy through the purchase of renewable energy credits. In 2025, we also began using renewable energy credits to support our Phoenix data center.
At Paycom, we believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work. We constantly exemplify our values “We Care” and “We Serve” through volunteering opportunities and charitable giving. We are proud to share that Paycom donated nearly $4 million in 2025, with $200,000 of that coming directly from our employees. More than 500 organizations benefited from these donations across the United States, through small grants, employee giving and corporate sponsorships.
