- What makes you most happy at work?When I crush an appointment and can move it forward through the sales process
- What is the best part about your compensation package?I would say compensation equals the amount of work that we put into this job, which makes it all worth it to come to into the office every day and know that your hard work is recognized

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay does not match the increased workload. Salary and Bonus Adjustments can make employees feel better.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?When the level up process got frozen, I stayed at a level two pay rate, doing the same amount and quality of work a senior was doing. In addition, I have been required to learn multiple more duties and increase my workload with only 2 small annual raises for the past two years. I would like a raise.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation for the base PSD role is low for the level of experience and knowledge that I bring to the role and was non-negotiable. Unless a market adjustment occurs or remote work becomes available, there's nothing that can change this situation other than promoting to Senior then Exec ASAP.

We believe in investing in a greener future for our communities to help create a better environment for generations to come. We are proud to continue to power our headquarters in Oklahoma City and our operations center in Grapevine with 100% wind energy through the purchase of renewable energy credits. In 2025, we also began using renewable energy credits to support our Phoenix data center.
At Paycom, we believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work. We constantly exemplify our values “We Care” and “We Serve” through volunteering opportunities and charitable giving. We are proud to share that Paycom donated nearly $4 million in 2025, with $200,000 of that coming directly from our employees.
