What is the best part about your compensation package? The amount that the compensation is just starting out
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? It just feels like family, and the opportunity to get involved with different groups
What are some of the best things about your team?We are able to talk and communicate amongst each other as well as become a great team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation should be evaluated more regularly to keep up with industry standards. For people who have been here several years, we can be locked into merit increases each year with newer hires making more money than us because our own compensation hasn't been revisited.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The cost of living is high. You need to pay employees based on that. Also it's Christmas no bonus but higher ups coming in to work sites talking about the profits that the company made. but not sharing with the employees that help you make the profits. It very disheartening.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication has always been an issue. Once an entire job site department was laid off and there were still no answers to comfort or retain others, I think a lot of people lost trust in current leadership.
