- What does the leadership team need to get better at?More transparent. Seems to care more about .5 increase in revenue than hundreds if not thousands of jobs.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The pay would be fantastic 5-6 years ago. However times have changed and raises are few and far between. In some departments. The TL's are simply there because they survived layoffs. In many cases its clear they are no longer the best fit for position, more fit candidates are stuck in their roles.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It feels like a majority of the hard work the is completed by people who are not the direct favorites/ clique of leadership are not as recognized or valued. No matter the work put in, it feels unseen and often disregarded. The level up process being frozen removes the ability to grow as well.

We believe in investing in a greener future for our communities to help create a better environment for generations to come. We are proud to continue to power our headquarters in Oklahoma City and our operations center in Grapevine with 100% wind energy through the purchase of renewable energy credits. In 2025, we also began using renewable energy credits to support our Phoenix data center.
At Paycom, we believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work. We constantly exemplify our values “We Care” and “We Serve” through volunteering opportunities and charitable giving. We are proud to share that Paycom donated nearly $4 million in 2025, with $200,000 of that coming directly from our employees.
