How much of it was automated with their own software, Newton Applicant Tracking System. They practice what they preach.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is great and the benefits are about equal to what I've gotten in other companies in this region.

Our team is extremely innovative and always striving to do better and to continually know what's going on in our industry and to look for new ways to improve.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to try new things, be innovative and it's supported from the top. I like that I'm constantly busy on projects and we are supported by our managers and above.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very innovative and works hard to always put the customer first. It's in our DNA to take care of our customers and to develop new features and functionality that our clients want. Our leadership team promotes innovation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is our 9 Guiding Principles. They are made known from day 1 and we see them in the forefront each and every day. I've worked at other companies where they talk about their culture but their actual culture is different. At Paycor, we work and colaborate by our Guiding Principles.
