Being paid at the industry average. The pay is low, the raises are low, the bonuses are low.
They dont have any consideration fir their employees or the amount of work they are expected to handle. They have very high expectations, but offer no training. They are not very understanding of how employees can not handle this workload. They need to open their eyes and see how unhappy people are.
