What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our semi-annual meetings and annual "Playcor" event that encourage having fun and taking a break from the intensity of work. Also our Guiding Principles and encouraged and enforced work-life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency into corporate goals/strategy, keeping the employees informed on company direction and how our work rolls up to the overall strategy. I also think they are friendly and approachable people.
