Health insurance and the HSA are the only things worth mentioning.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They dont have any consideration fir their employees or the amount of work they are expected to handle. They have very high expectations, but offer no training. They are not very understanding of how employees can not handle this workload. They need to open their eyes and see how unhappy people are.

We support eachother. We try to help when we can. We try to help make sure others understand the process since there is zero training.

Stop complaining and learn the product. Hold management accountable if you are so unhappy.
