
Being managers and respecting their employees
I'm not sure at this point.
The recruiters are very friendly and are easy to talk to.
Too much work is expected. They oversell their products and there is no timely delivery.
We support eachother. We try to help when we can. We try to help make sure others understand the process since there is zero training.
They dont have any consideration fir their employees or the amount of work they are expected to handle. They have very high expectations, but offer no training. They are not very understanding of how employees can not handle this workload. They need to open their eyes and see how unhappy people are.
