  • As with all consumer electronics, our technology is constantly evolving. Because of the age and technology of your First Generation touchscreen, it no longer accommodates the software features we regularly develop and release.

    We are still committed to maintaining your current Peloton experience, but the First Generation touchscreen will not receive any new features going forward.

    What does that mean for First Generation Users?

    Your Peloton Bike experience will remain the same, but we will not be releasing new updates to your touchscreen. In order to ensure we meet your expectations of the Peloton experience, we recommend that all Members riding with a First Generation touchscreen upgrade their Bikes touchscreen. Peloton will be providing Members with unique discount codes for all current First Generation touchscreen users. With that code, you will be able to purchase a touchscreen and pedal bundle for $350 on onepeloton.com. Please note, you do not need to update your screen to continue to use your Bike. This bundle offer will expire as of July, 29th 2020.

    Who is eligible for the upgrade discount?

    Any active Peloton Member with a First Generation touchscreen is eligible for the upgrade. The code will be sent via email to the Membership owner on your account. If you own a First Generation touchscreen and would like to purchase the upgrade bundle but have not yet received your unique code, please check your spam folder.If you are unable to locate your code, please email [email protected] and be sure to include a picture of the serial number of your touchscreen.

    Swapping out your touchscreen and pedals is a fairly simple process and self-replacement can be performed. To learn how, click the links below.

  • Clearing the cache on your touchscreen can sometimes increase the touchscreen's performance. This often affects new devices pairing, displaying, or even the newest updates installing properly.

    When Should You Clear the Cache

    If you are unable to successfully pair a new Bluetooth device, in addition to resetting your Bluetooth device and setting it to pairing mode, you may find it useful to clear the cache.

    If you purchase a new Heart Rate Monitor or your current monitor is not displaying since your last ride, you can often correct this by clearing the device cache.

    If you encounter the error, ENOSPC, clearing your cache will allow the newest download to complete.

    How to Clear the Cache

    Power off your touchscreen by holding the power button on top and selecting Shutdown.

    Once the touchscreen is powered off, hold the Volume Up button and the power button until the Peloton logo appears, at that point you can let go.This will start your touchscreen in Recovery Mode.

    Use the volume buttons to navigate to wipe cache partition and use the power button to select it.

    Once the partition has been cleared, select reboot system now.

    Is the Peloton app compatible with the Amazon Fire Tablet?

    No, the Peloton app is not compatible with the Amazon Fire Tablet. However, you can still view Peloton content on the Amazon Fire Tablet by navigating to members.onepeloton.com and taking a class.

    How can I get the Peloton app on my Fire TV?

    The Peloton app can be downloaded onto your Fire TV through the Amazon Appstore by searching Peloton. Additionally, you can visit the Amazon Appstore on the web and search for the Peloton app and have the app electronically delivered to your Fire TV device.

    Do I have to own a Peloton Bike or Tread to be able to use the Peloton app on my Fire TV?

    No, you do not need to own a Bike or Tread to use the Peloton app. You can download the app today and get started with a 30-day Digital free trial and access our full Peloton class library. You will not be charged and the plan will not auto-renew. After the free trial expires, subscribe to our Digital Membership for $19.49/month for US/CA Members or 12.99/month for UK Members.

    Note: The Peloton app is free with the purchase of a Peloton Bike or Tread. Just login to your account for your complimentary, unlimited access. Select restore purchase if there is an existing Member account.

    How much will the Peloton app subscription cost if subscribing through my Fire TV?

    The cost of the Peloton Digital subscription is $19.49 plus applicable taxes per month.

    Will I be able to view my workout history (i.e. workout graphs) on the Peloton app?

    The Peloton app for the Fire TV will not display workout history, however, you can view your workout history on the Peloton app for iOS or Android.

    Will I be able to see Bike metrics (output, cadence, resistance) or Tread metrics (output, incline, speed, distance, pace, total elevation, calories) on the Peloton app via my Fire TV?

    Only your calories will be visible at the bottom drawer of the screen. This metric can be hidden during a workout. To ensure that the calorie metric will appear on your screen, make sure to enter your height and weight within your profile settings, which you can edit by logging into your Peloton profile at www.members.onepeloton.com/login.

    Will the leaderboard be available within classes on the Peloton app on my Fire TV?

    The leaderboard will not be available for the Peloton app for the Fire TV. However, you may use the Peloton app for iOS or Android for the Here Now leaderboard feature to see others working out in the same class at the same time.

    Will the Peloton app have the same classes that are available on the Peloton Bike and Tread?

    Yes, the Peloton app for the Fire TV will have the same content as the Peloton Bike and Tread and additional running type classes, which are exclusive to the Peloton Digital subscription.

    Are scenic rides available on the Peloton app for the Fire TV?

    Select Scenic Rides are available on Peloton app for the Fire TV.

    Will I be able to filter classes according to the same categories on the Bike, Tread and app (i.e. instructor, class type, music genre, etc)?

    Yes, you can filter the classes based on the instructor, class type, music genre, length and instructor.

    Will I be able to follow my friends while taking a live or on-demand class in the Peloton app?

    The Follow feature on the leaderboard is not available for the Peloton app for the Fire TV. However, you may use the Peloton app on iOS or Android for the leaderboard feature.

    Can I connect my Peloton heart rate monitor to the Peloton app so that it reflects onto my Fire TV?

    Fitness accessories cannot be synced for the Peloton App to the Fire TV.

    Will I be able to cast a class from my Peloton Bike, Tread or iOS/Android app to my Fire TV

    No. The Peloton app for the Fire TV works by streaming Peloton classes directly onto your television through the Fire TV and is not meant to project what is being displayed on the Bike touchscreen, Tread touchscreen or iOS/Android mobile device.

    Is there a streaming limit (i.e. how many different devices can I be logged into under one subscription)?

    Only one Member can be logged into the Peloton app for the Fire TV at a time. If another profile wishes to log into the app, the current Member will need to log out and the new Member will log in and restore purchase or create a profile.

    How many Members (i.e. user profiles) are able to be logged onto the Peloton app?

    Only one account can be logged into the Peloton app at a time.

    How do you switch between different Member profiles?

    Only one account can be logged into thePeloton app at a time. To switch profiles, you can log out of the Fire TV app and re-login.

    Will I be able to opt-in to challenges (i.e. October Running Challenge) and will classes that I take on the Peloton app count towards my daily streaks?

    The ability to opt-in to challenges and streaks can only be done from the Peloton Bike and Tread, but classes taken on the app will count towards challenges and streaks when applicable.

    Will I be able to fast-forward or rewind classes once I have started the workout?

    Yes, the Peloton app for the Fire TV will be able to fast-forward and rewind classes for on-demand classes. This feature is not available for live or encore classes.

    Will the Peloton app for the Fire TV be available in international markets?

  • I Own A Peloton Bike/Tread, How Do I Access The Peloton App?

    If you are the subscription owner, simply log into the app with the account that has your Peloton Bike/Tread subscription. You will gain access to the app at no additional cost as long as you continue to have an active Peloton subscription.

    If you are not the subscription owner, the subscription owner will have to add you to their subscription. This can be done in a few ways:

    Whats The Difference Between The Peloton Digital Membership and Owning A Peloton Bike/Tread?

    With the Peloton Digital Membership, youll have access to Peloton's complete live and on-demand library.

    With the Peloton Bike and Tread, you will also get an integrated experience that provides access to real-time metrics including cadence, resistance, distance, output, and heart rate. With these metrics, you can view your in-class performance, participate on the leaderboard, and track your progress over time.

    You're also able to interact with friends on the Peloton Bike and Tread and join classes together in real-time.

    How Do I Transfer My Digital Membership To A Different Device?

    There is no need to transfer your Membership to different devices. You can simply log into the app on the new device using your username or email and password.

    Is The App Available For Android?

    Yes, the Peloton app is available for Android. You can download the Android app here.

    The Peloton app will work on any Android device running on Android OS 6.0 or later.

    Am I Able To Cast The Classes From The Peloton App Onto The Bike/Tread Touchscreen?

    The Bike and Tread are designed to stream classes directly from the touchscreen and does not support this feature.However, the Peloton app does support casting to televisions via Airplay for iOS and Chromecast for Android.

    Can I Take Peloton Classes Offline?

    For live or on-demand classes on your Peloton Bike or Tread, you will need an active internet connection.

  • Starting A Workout

    Workouts canonlybe initiated from the Peloton app on the iPhone, not directly from the Peloton Watch app.

    Before starting a workout, please turn off the low power mode on the iPhone and Watch. There can be interruptions to the workout summary metrics if these options are turned on.

    During a workout, heart rate, Heart Rate Zones, distance, timeline, and pace will display on the watch.(Distance and pace will only be visible during indoor workouts.)

    Completing A Workout

    Just like starting a workout, ending a workout should be initiated from the iPhone. You will need to select the End Workout option from the class. Once a class is complete, you will receive a summary of your workout right on your Watch.

    Note: If a workout is not ended by selecting DONE on the Watch, the app may continue running, affecting your workout results.

    Next,open the Peloton Digital app and select "More" on the bottom-right of the screen.

    Will the Apple Watch show GPS data?At this time, since the Apple Watch app will solely function as a companion app, the only metrics that will display are Pace, Distance, Calories, and Heart Rate.

    Can I start a workout from my Apple Watch?All workouts must be initiated from your Apple mobile device.

    Can I connect my Peloton Heart Rate Monitor to the Peloton app for workouts?Great news! Although you cannot connect an external HRM to the Apple Watch, the Peloton app with Apple Watch integrates the heart rate monitor already on your Apple Watch forworkouts!

    Can I use two heart rate monitors while using my Apple Watch app?At this time you are only able to use your watch as a heart rate monitor while using the Apple Watch app with Peloton Digital. You can still connect a cadence sensor to your iPhone to track your cadence while cycling.

    Can I connect my cadence sensor to Peloton Watch app?No, but you can connect your cadence sensor to the Peloton app for the iPhone.

    Can I see my Workout History on the Watch?No, you cannot see Workout History on the Apple Watchhowever, you can see your Workout History on the Peloton app for the iPhone.

    Will the leaderboard be available within classes on the Peloton app?The Here Now leaderboard will be available on the iOS phone device, but will not display on the Watch screen.

    Will I be able to follow my friends while taking a live or on-demand class in the Peloton app?At this time, the Follow feature on the Here Now leaderboard will not be available on the Peloton app for Apple Watch.

  • Enabling Bluetooth on Your Touchscreen

    If your heart rate monitor is Bluetooth compatible, you will need to enable Bluetooth on your touchscreen in order to connect them.

    If Bluetooth is turned off, you will see the screen below. Please ensure the Bluetooth option is turned on before attempting to connect.

    If your heart rate monitor is not bluetooth compatible, please ensure it is ANT+ compatible as the Peloton touchscreen can also connect with ANT+ compatible heart rate monitors.

    Connecting Your Heart Rate Monitor

    Prior to attempting these instructions, please confirm you have properly attached and positioned your heart rate monitor, according to the device's instructions.

    1. To connect your heart rate monitor, navigate to the Heart Rate Monitor connection modal. You can find the modal by joining a class or by tapping on the time in the top right-hand corner of the touchscreen and selecting 'Heart Rate Monitor'.

    2. Select the Connect button located next to the desired heart rate monitor. There is no need to connect heart rate monitors in Bluetooth settings.

    Bluetooth devices will show a device name; e.g., Peloton, Cardiosport, RHYTHM

    ANT+ devices will show a device ID; e.g., Device:12345

    3. Ensure your heart rate monitor is on for the app to discover the heart rate monitor. If the heart rate monitor is not displaying on the list, tap the refresh button on the top-right of Set Up Heart Rate Monitor screen.

    4. After connecting the heart rate monitor device, join any class to see the metric for your heart rate in the upper left-hand corner on your screen.

    If you have trouble connecting your heart rate monitor, ensure that your heart rate monitor is not currently connected with any other devices. If you continue to have trouble with your heart rate monitor, the battery on the monitor may need to be replaced. Some known devices that work are:

    Onyour bike:

    Go to your profile by selecting your username in the bottomleft-hand corner of the home screen and selecting "Profile". On the left, you will see a list of all your previous rides. Swipe to the left on the ride you wish to remove and then press "delete".

    Onyour Peloton web profile:

    To delete your ride online, log in to your Peloton account. Clickinto your profile and you will see a list of rides. Tap the 'X' in the top right-hand corner ofthe rides you would like to remove.

  • You can bookmark, filter, and sort rides on the Peloton bike and on the Peloton iOS app.

    Bookmark Rides

    To bookmark a ride in the on-demand library of the touchscreen, tap the bookmark icon next to any class that you would like to save for later.

    To view the classes that you have bookmarked, tap the bookmark icon at the top of the on demand library.

    You can also bookmark and filter for bookmarked classes on the iOS app.

    To view your bookmarked classes, tap Filter. Rides filtered on the touchscreen or iOS will sync between both platforms.

    Filter Rides

    When filtering rides, you have several options available to quickly help you find your next ride!The rides followers have taken filter allows you to see classes followers have taken.

    You can tap on the completed rides filter to view ride you have completed before and experience your favorite rides again.

    You can also combine filters to further specify the type of ride you are looking for.

    Rides that include arms can be filtered as well. Tapping the weight icon with the checkmark will show rides that include arms:

    To exclude rides that include weights or arms, tap on the weight icon with the X next to it.

    Filters help you quickly find your perfect ride!

    Sort Rides

    You can sort the rides in the on demand library in the top right-hand corner of the touchscreen. You can sort by New, Trending, Popular, Top Rated, Easiest, and Hardest. To sort the on demand library tap the sort button on the top right corner of the touchscreen.

  • To keep your bike in top shape, we recommend adding these quick cleaning steps to your post-workout routine:

    First, shut down your touchscreen by holding down the red button on top of the tablet.

    Next, wipe down your touchscreen using only an approved electronic cleaner (one made specifically for use with LCD, Plasma, or other flatscreens) and a microfiber cloth.

    When cleaning the frame, use a gentle cleanser or damp cloth to wipe down and remove all sweat. Do not to use soap or water. Always be sure to dry thoroughly after each cleaning.

    We also recommend that you tighten your seat, pedals and cleats at least once a month.

  • Its important your cleats are properly attached to get the smoothest and safest ride possible.

    First, position each cleat over the three screw holes on the bottom of your shoes.

    Set the washers into the recesses of the cleats and place a screw into each screw hole. Wait to tighten.

    We recommend positioning your cleats to face forward and in line with the toe, straight on the line from heel to toe. Make sure to set the middle of the cleat across the ball of the foot on the shoe. Also set the cleat as close to the inside of the shoe, near the arch, as the washers allow.

    Using the 4-millimeter hex key that came with your bike, tighten the screws to securely attach them to your shoes.

    To check and see if your cleat is properly aligned, begin to pedal and make sure the pressure falls in the ball of your feet. The ball of your foot should be directly over the pedal axle.

    If you notice discomfort in your feet, legs or knees, check your cleats to make sure they are on straight. Over time, the screws will loosen, causing your cleats to shift. When your cleats are loose, you will notice difficulty while unclipping or a noise coming from your cleats. To fix, straighten your cleats and tighten the screws securely. We also recommend tightening your cleats once per month to ensure a silent ride.

  • To assemble your toe cages, youll need to attach the loose cords.

    Start by grabbing one of the cords and threading it through the base of the toe cage, then up through the loops at the top.

    Be sure to start from the opposite side when threading the second cord, so the metal catch is located on the outside of each foots toe cage.

    Pinch the metal catch to open it, then insert the loose cord between the roller and teeth.

    Once you place your shoes into the toe cages, pull up on the cord to tighten, then thread the rest of the cord through the top loop to keep it safely out of the way when riding.

    Weve also made a small change to the way your streaks are calculated. In the past,streak badges were based on how many workouts you did within a set period of time (e.g., the Hat Trick badge was awarded for doing three workouts within 3 days/ 72 hours). Well now calculate streaks based on calendar days you worked out in a row, for this example three consecutive days (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday). This logic will be applied to both historical and future rides. Because of this, you may see a decrease in the number of streak badgesyou'veearned.

    Now, get even more out of your performance metrics after each class. The refreshed design of the workout details screen gives you a more comprehensive look at your class performance, with a focus on heart rate zones, including how much of your workout you spent in each zone.

Outside of very specific circumstances that the Peloton Support team can diagnose, there is no need to calibrate again. We often find that when members attempt to calibrate themselves, output can actually become less accurate.

  • Peloton Bikes equipped with our second-generation touchscreens include Miracast functionality, which allows you to mirror the touchscreen's view to another screen. Second generation touchscreens began shipping with new bikes in September 2016. If your Power button is on the back of the touchscreen you have the second-generation, while if it's on the top you have the first-generation.

    Miracast functionality may differ based on the features and functionality of certain third party hardware or devices.

    In order to use Miracast:

    Tap the top right of your screen, which displays the time and your wifi status

    Click on the Cast Screen button on the bottom of the menu

    A list of available devices will be displayed, click on the device you want to Miracast to in order to connect

    If you are having trouble pairing an Amazon Fire Stick ensure Miracast is enabled on the Fire Stick settings byselecting Settings > Display & Sounds > Enable Display Mirroring from the Fire TV menu.

  • Store the heart rate monitor (HRM)with at least one chest strap button unsnapped. When both are connected, the HRM is on and using the battery.

    Youll need to change the battery periodically. You can do so by using a quarter to open the battery door on the electronic tab with the Peloton logo.The heart rate monitor uses a 3V Lithium battery model number CR2032. You can pick up a replacement battery at your local drug or hardware store.

    Peloton Interactive, Inc.("Peloton") extends the following Limited Warranty, which applies only to non-commercial, in-home, indoor use of the Peloton Bike. Any other use of the Peloton Bike shall void this Limited Warranty. During the applicable Limited Warranty periods described below, the covered components of the Peloton Bike will be free of defects or malfunctions during normal use. Certain exclusions apply, as further described in this Limited Warranty.

    The Limited Warranty applies for the following components of the Peloton Bike only, for the time period indicated.     Peloton warrants the touchscreen against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery.

    Peloton warrants the components and all original parts of the Peloton Bike other than pedals, including its belt, brake resistance, crank shaft, seatpost, handlebars and water bottle holder, against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery.

    BIKE PEDALS: 12 MONTHS

    Peloton warrants the components and all original parts of the original pedals that come with the Peloton Bike against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery. Bike pedals are not warranted against normal wear and tear and it is important that you maintain the pedals by inspecting the pedals regularly for any damage, loose parts or other signs of wear and tear that could cause breakdowns or part failures.

    Any pedal that shows signs of wear or damaged parts should be removed from service immediately. Please refer to Pelotons guide on maintaining your pedals, available on Pelotons website.

    LABOR: 12 MONTHS

    For Peloton Bikes originally assembled by an authorized Peloton technician, Peloton will cover the labor cost for the repair or replacement made under this Limited Warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, repair labor is not covered for locations where Peloton did not originally assemble the Peloton Bike or if the Peloton Bike is moved to a location that is outside of Peloton's service area.

    Exclusions and Limitations

    Who and what is covered:

    The original owner of the Peloton Bike. The Peloton Bike must remain in the possession of the original purchaser, or, for gifted Peloton Bikes, the owner of the original Subscription attached to that Peloton Bike. This Limited Warranty is not transferable.

    If a defect arises in the Peloton Bike or a warranted component within the applicable Limited Warranty period, the purchasers sole and exclusive remedy is for Peloton to, at Pelotons discretion to the extent permitted by law, either replace or repair the defective or malfunctioning Peloton Bike or component with the same or a comparable model.

    Any replacement or repaired component shall be warranted for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period that is required by applicable law.

    What is NOT covered:

    Any other Peloton products or services, non-Peloton products or labor, units that are, or that Peloton reasonably believes to be, stolen, counterfeit, or purchased from an unauthorized distributor or reseller, units purchased or used outside the U.S. or Canada, and units missing serial numbers.

    Software, even if sold with or embedded in the Peloton Bike, or Internet connectivity. Peloton does not warrant that the operation of the Peloton Bike will be uninterrupted or error-free.

    Damage or equipment failure due to normal wear and tear, improper or negligent assembly, maintenance, installation, relocation, or repair (other than that caused by a Peloton authorized service technician), use of the Peloton Bike with parts or accessories from third parties, or with parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Peloton Bike, or any use contrary to the instructions in the Peloton Guide.

    Damage or equipment failure due to accident, abuse, improper or abnormal use, neglect, corrosion, discoloration of paint or plastic (or any other change in cosmetic appearance that does not affect performance), theft, vandalism, fire, flood, wind, lightning, freezing or other natural disasters or acts of God of any kind, electrical wiring, power reduction, power fluctuation or power failure from whatever cause, unusual atmospheric conditions, collision, introduction of foreign objects, or modifications that are unauthorized or not recommended by Peloton.

    Incidental or consequential damages. Peloton is not responsible or liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, economic loss, loss of property or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, or other consequential damages of any nature whatsoever in connection with the purchase, use, repair or maintenance of equipment or parts. Peloton does not provide monetary or other compensation for any such repairs or replacement parts costs, including but not limited to gym membership fees, work time lost, cost of substitute equipment, diagnostic visits, maintenance visits or transportation. Equipment used for commercial purposes or for any use other than a single family or household.

    Any attempt to move or repair fitness equipment creates a risk of injury and property damage. Peloton is not responsible or liable for any damage or injury incurred during, or as a result of, any move, repair or attempted repair of equipment by anyone other than a Peloton authorized service technician. All moves or repairs attempted by you or your agents are undertaken AT YOUR OWN RISK and Peloton shall have no liability for any injury to person or property arising from such attempted moves or repairs. In addition, labor may no longer be covered if you move outside of Peloton's service area.

    Where permitted by law, replacement units, parts and electronic components reconditioned to as-new condition by Peloton or its vendors may sometimes be supplied as warranty replacement and constitute fulfillment of warranty terms.

    Extended warranty coverage is available for purchase through Pelotons authorized partner.

    HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

    To be eligible for service under this Limited Warranty you must contact the Peloton Support team. You will be asked to provide Peloton with the serial number of your Peloton Bike and the dated receipt, or other proof of purchase indicating the date purchased, upon discovering any nonconformity or defect. Claims must be made within the specified warranty period.

    Any disputes between you and Peloton related to this Limited Warranty or the Peloton Bike will be governed by the then-current dispute resolution procedures in Pelotons Terms of Service, available at www.onepeloton.com/terms-of-service.

    *This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty given by Peloton and supersedes any prior, contrary or additional representations. All other warranties, express or implied, including any statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law. In such event, such warranty is limited to the duration of the warranty periods set forth above. This exclusion applies even if this warranty fails of its essential purposes and regardless of whether damages are sought for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or strict liability in tort or under any other legal theory. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.

  • Tension screws help hold your shoe securely to the pedal. As you continue to ride the bike, the screws may loosen slightly, causing your shoes to fit less tightly into the pedal when clipping in.

    If it becomes too easy to clip in, we recommend tightening the screw on the back of the pedal using the 3 millimeter Allen key included with your bike. This will ensure a tight connection. We do not recommend loosening the screw at any time.

    Once you are logged in and at your home screen, press on menu button on the bottom right of your home screen and then select Riders. You can search for riders by pressing on the search bar beneath Find Riders. Enter your friend's Peloton username to find their account, then add them as a friend. Once you and your friend follow each other, you can video chat during rides.

    Add friends from your Peloton account online:

    Head to www.onepeloton.com and log in with your email/username and password.

    On the left-hand side of your profile page, youll see a search bar where you can search for your friends by their username. Once you find your friend's account, you can add them as a friend.

  • Being strong and built to last, the Peloton bike is designed to provide a near-silent experience. However, it's always best to pay close attention to your bike to ensure everything is running smoothly.

    The bike has a lot of moving pieces, and often only small adjustments are needed toget your bike back to a near-silent ride. Your bike does require some simple maintenance which you can check outin our bike care section.

    If you continue to hear asound coming from your bike, please submit a maintenance or repair request and include a short video of the noise. We will run the issue by our technicians and determine the best way to get you back up and riding noise free.
