What does the leadership team need to get better at?The new leadership under LTG is very busy trying to cut costs without realizing that we are spending more time/effort on cutting those costs, than we will save. It it isn't wise to spend a dollar to save a dime. The executive team also needs to be more client and product focused to keep and grow.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Coming up with a realistic go-to-market plan. Products are stale and need for more proactive product plan vs. reactive mode.
