People live and work by the company's core values, e.g. "team first" or "no excuses". It works.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Very fair base pay and bonus/ commission top-ups with clear goals. Stock options for senior staff/ those in key roles.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

There is transparency and honest from the top, which trickles down. They are open with company performance figures, and the CEO fields questions from anyone at monthly meetings, never ducking a single issue. Kudos.
