At times the direction of our team has not been focused but with a change in leadership and also a more focused approach to annual OKRs, I think we are heading in the right direction. The 'finish line' seems to be shifting less and less lately which is good!

People first mentality is being realized day by day! Open to new ideas and ways of doing things
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are beginning to listen to the needs of all Pipedrivers across all locations where in the past, they have been hyper-focused on those in Estonia mostly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries are not where they should be and I believe it is because the reward team is not aware of COLA and job market data in the US
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my coworkers and solving issues. I want to make Pipedrive a great place to work for the people I support so they can focus on delivering to our customers!
