Different time off options (wellbeing days, anniversary days, new pet days etc) and longer annual vacation than statutory required.

We are socializing. We don´t talk only about work, but also our personal life, our interests, hobbies, health etc and we regularly have some team events
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and transparent communication, good company culture and oriented to growth (as a company and personally each employee). Also they care about social governance and all what they can do to make our planet better, they do it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are accepted exactly how they are. We celebrate company/team/individual achievements, people are rewarded, recognized for a good work and very much supported in hard times, eg. someone get sick then team is very supportive and give some time for recovery.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was no stress interview, I was asked what my experience is and where I see myself in this company in 3-5 years. Also there wasn´t any annoying homework what many companies actually tend to give often to test candidate skills
