What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is highly competent, which makes me hopeful for learning from them

What makes you most happy at work?

Learning a lot from my teammates and my manager. Having a nice atmosphere and working with creative, competent people. Working on a great product that contributes to other companies' success.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The compensation package in my location consists of public transport subsidies, which is a great benefit, considering our flexible home office policy, plus a gym card, and additional wellbeing days off.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Pipedrive's hiring process focuses on finding not only competent employees, but also kind and nice people to work with. I love our value "Don't ruin other people's day" and the fact that the teammates really stand by it.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process was relatively fast compared to other interviews I took part in (around 4 stages). I felt welcomed and encouraged. I loved the fact that I was able to meet some of my teammates during the process, and not only the manager. Overall a nice experience for a hiring process :)
