They communicate a vision that makes sense and make shifts if needed that is best for the business overall.

The team is always honest, willing to participate, provide provides good feedback, and wants to do the right thing by the organization and others
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Leave and PTO plans. They are really good. Options are a bit tough with the vesting period being so long; but the bonus and base comp are really competitive for where I live
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a solid team of amazing diverse people. No one is perfect, people acknowledge that and they can come as their true selves. I think that is what makes the culture environment so special.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet with a few different types of people to understand the culture and if it was a good fit for me. People were honest and candid in the process and I love that.
