We all care and there is a work hard / play hard mentality. We're open for new ideas

They are super transparant and don't mind answering hard questions. They keep us posted and there are no suprises.

The people I interact with and knowing that we're out there actually changing the lives of small business owners who are able to scale their business through us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is there to be nice on a personal level but is okay with sometimes not saying nice things when it comes to the business. This keeps a great atmosphere and we get stuff done!
