I love working at Pipedrive. I feel very privileged to have such good working conditions and chances to develop professionally and personally. I feel safe to test new ideas, knowing my team is there for me. The work-life balance is excellent.

They are approachable and down-to-earth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a real sense of family and community in my team. We see each other outside of work, but at work, we are 100% better when we collaborate than when we'd work alone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am well-paid, but we also get vouchers to use for sports and wellness, in addition to having a gym and sauna inside our work building. I'm able to live a healthy lifestyle while working at Pipedrive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are each able to manage our own time. We are trusted to work from home whenever we want to, and to work however much is needed to stay on top of our tasks. Overworking, however, is not encouraged.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was long but thorough and gave me a good idea as to whether I'd enjoy working at Pipedrive. I got to meet key people I'd work with, and the interviews were quite informal, giving a true sense of what the company culture is like.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like having the freedom to come up with new ideas, run them past my colleagues, and test them. I've developed so much in my nearly 2 years at Pipedrive, it feels like it would have taken me 5+ years to learn this much somwhere else.
