They try to be very transparent

I get to do what I like and I work with vert nice people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary could be a bit higher but I think in general we are paid well
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate very freely and are quite independent in the way we work. I feel like we are listened to and valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are free to organise our worklife the way we feel the most reasonable. There is a good work/life balance and we are empowered to succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but I think salaries do not reflect the cost of living in Lisbon. It's hard to get an accomodation and live a good life with the salary I am on
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved being interviewed by one of the founders. I also like the fact that there are several steps in the interview process and the decision is not only in the HR and senior executive hands, the team also choses who they want to work with
