What do you like best about the leadership team?
Pipedrive is founded by salespeople, so it's been built from salespeople needs' perspective from Day One. One of the founders, Timo Rein, serves as company CEO today.
What makes you most happy at work?
To deliver something valuable for our customers. It can something from fixing some annoying bug (you usually solve alone), to delivering big new feature (you usually need bigger team working together).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company has fair and transparent compensation policy. That means, if two people, in same area, have similar experience & competence, they fall into same compensation range. Compensations are reviewed each year and evaluated against employee's progress, from junior -> mid level -> senior.
