What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's a lot of transparency in the decisions. They are made public and we are free to ask questions and stuff like that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pipedrive as a company really believes in the people. It shows in everything they do... from interview, to onboarding, to the processes inside the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a lot of great people that love what they do. People don't accept when things get bad, they just work on them. Strong internal drive and no excuses mindset.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were not random weird questions. It was straightforward and since they did several interviews I asked to have some of them put together in the same day and they did it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They have been improving benefits every year so it's a work in progress, but pretty good already IMO. Aside from that there's all kinds of freebies and constant effort to keep our work environment awesome.
