What is the best part about your compensation package?
there is a nice sports compensation, health insurance, paid trips to conferences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The cohesiveness and the integration, there's a strong sense of teaching others and leading in the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The focus was on cultural fit then technicalities, no unfairness or discrimination of any forms (in my experience)
What makes you most happy at work?
Casual colorful offices, themed floors, reception area to meet people, bureaucracy kept to the necessary minimum. Coffee tea nuts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It feels like a big family, there is no shame in asking questions even if they may seem stupid, and how easy it is to just schedule a meeting with a teammate to discuss
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have 6 core values we keep by that the company sticks by and it reflects on the environment, it's a very casual environment where you can go cross teams and complete tasks in other departments with the user of a concept called "missions", the whole company sticks up pretty good
