They update the company on regular basis, they are approachable and down to Earth

Health insurance and other in-office and events benefits. Unfortunately, during COVID times I am more unsatisfied than satisfied

This is not applicable anymore, but back in the days the last step was an interview with one of the co-founders.I think it made a massive difference
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the best cultures I have ever experienced or even heard of, hands down. Employees have a say about things, it feels more like a big family than a work environment. People are extremely driven, which motivates me to be better
