My experience in Pipedrive has been nothing but amazing since the day I went for my first interview. The overall environment, the people, the culture... All of it makes you feel like you matter, the company cares about you and that you're not "just another number".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Regardless of who you are or what you do, everyone is genuinely nice to everyone else.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Wages are not only fair, but actually above market average and you see your hard work being rewarded at the end of the year.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to the office and seeing everyone. Working from home is great and all, but I miss getting to work and being greeted with giant smiles.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I was never one of those people who keeps going on to everyone they meet about how great my company is and how perfect everything is. But, when I joined Pipedrive, I found more than a job or a team. I found a family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat you as an actual person. They are interested on what you have to say, your suggestions are taken into account, if something is bothering you either on a professional or personal level, management listens to you. Both managers in Pipedrive so far, I am now proud to call friends
What did you like most about the interview process?
From the beginning of the interview process you are introduced to the core values of the company, how things work, how people are. If Pipedrive is not the place for you for whatever reason, you'll know it. You can feel the company's culture the moment you step inside the office for the first time.
