What did you like most about the interview process?
That it was quite thorough. I had four interviews to make sure that I'm perfect for Pipedrive and Pipedrive is perfect for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The office in Tartu is amazing. The best part of the culture is that we have a no excuses attitude. If you do a oopsie, you have to take responsibility, but that doesn't mean you are alone with your problem. In the contrary, everyone wants to help.
