After reviewing salary data from multiple reputable sources, I've found that professionals in similar positions, with comparable responsibilities are earning higher compensation at other companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would appreciate if PlanSource offered more competitive compensation. I have seen several former colleagues leave to similar roles at other companies that provide higher pay and fully remote opportunities.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Improve client service by fostering a more customer-focused mindset. Teams should prioritize responsiveness and collaboration rather than resisting client requests. Timely execution and accountability would also enhance our efficiency and help strengthen our reputation.
