Spending time with my patient, creating activities to keep my patient happy and occupied, making my patient smile.

Knowing I'm helping someone and fulfilling their needs

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Focus is on letting the experience walk out the door and use mainly a contractor workforce.

Poor leadership obsessed with their own egos and compensation. Totally inexperienced and ineffective as leaders.

The company stopped the progression of it's internal employees and hired contractors instead of promoting it's employees.

Bad decisions by executives that have clue about how the company runs

Bring in qualified management that understands how utilities work. Fire the current execs
