At first it was positive but as the experience walked out the door and was replaced by puppets it became worse turning to hostile.

Constructive culture, hiring people based on experience and skill level not JUST for diversity.

Poor leadership obsessed with their own egos and compensation. Totally inexperienced and ineffective as leaders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Below the level of Director there are no stock benefits. They were cut 8 years ago.
