The leadership at PPL is horrible. Totally ignorant of a utility should run. They are there only for themselves and not the benefit of customers and employees. What's worse they are putting safety and reliability in jeopardy by their poor decisions.
Return to the ESOP benefit and better health insurance.
Below the level of Director there are no stock benefits. They were cut 8 years ago.
The progression line was stopped. Allow employees to progress.

Focus is on letting the experience walk out the door and use mainly a contractor workforce.
Poor leadership obsessed with their own egos and compensation. Totally inexperienced and ineffective as leaders.
The company stopped the progression of it's internal employees and hired contractors instead of promoting it's employees.
