Recent Questions about HR at Praxent

  • How does Praxent handle HR issues?
Unclear. Depending on who you talk to (or who approaches you), you might perceive different levels of confidence that your issue is being addressed, and follow through is decent, but ultimately, top leadership has ultimate say regardless of what your immediate manager and you may have felt pretty confident about implementing.

I am not sure there is a clear process. Praxent is always improving and adapting but doesn't seem quite mature in HR just yet.
