What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Open and honest compensation information on job postings, internally and externally.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Direct managers can't do anything for you. Executive team keeps trying to digitize everything while outsourcing key parts of our company (like claims processing and customer service) in order to save money, but it doesn't work so internal teams have to work more to fix their problems and hold times

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company does a good job of talking the talk. They are terrible about walking the walk. They say we're the most important part of the company while lowering benefits and pay. They talk about self care and then make hostile work environment decisions. Everyone is overworked and has no time.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Execs should realize we're human too. Our lives have value, and Verint is a garbage way to look at productivity. They're scared because they know compensation isn't fair. They know not everyone can be paid like them, so why should they make enough to live? If we were real people we'd be execs.
