Pay is low for the stress caused by expectations. Full performance raises are only available to 2 people out of 30 on my team no matter what. Constantly having to work above your paygrade level wise. Cheaper offshore workers will likely be replacing claims reps within a few years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay and being paid for the level of work done on the daily. The highest raises should be avaliable to everyone not just a certain percentage on each team as they are now per company policy. Match inflation, cost of everything has gone up while our pay never did. Gym membership benefits
