Compensation is low which brings low morale
Better pay and being paid for the level of work done on the daily. The highest raises should be avaliable to everyone not just a certain percentage on each team as they are now per company policy. Match inflation, cost of everything has gone up while our pay never did. Gym membership benefits
I feel undervalued because I'm only paid $2 more than min. wage and I have 17 years of experience and a degree. I shouldn't be making any less than $24/hr.

Care more about the employees that they have
Break down the hierarchical gap between leaders and the rest of the organization. Senior leaders need to increase collaboration, transparency, and communication among themselves as individuals as well as the divisions they lead.
Open and honest compensation information on job postings, internally and externally.
Execs should realize we're human too. Our lives have value, and Verint is a garbage way to look at productivity. They're scared because they know compensation isn't fair. They know not everyone can be paid like them, so why should they make enough to live? If we were real people we'd be execs.
