CARE is not just something we do, it’s the values that drive our behaviors and our choices every, single, day. Our values are the beating heart of our culture just like small businesses are the beating heart of our communities. We CARE because people depend on us, inside and outside our walls. That is why we anchor our work in these core values so that, together, we can make PrismHR a better place to work, a better company to partner with, a better home for our customers, and a better example for our world.
Why you want to work here. We care. It's as simple as that. The work you do inside our walls matters just as much as the life you lead outside of them. We understand that, so we of course we offer all of the standard benefits along with the flexibility, community and fun that lets you get the most out of both worlds.
While getting things done is a huge part of working at PrismHR, having a good time and giving back to the community is an important part of our culture too. Whether it’s an impromptu game of foosball or cornhole, employees growing their beards for charity, or creating a dog calendar to raise money for shelters, it’s never a dull moment at PrismHR.
