What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe that my contribution is valued.

its very positive to know the less you work the more your pay is, in fact our team did more this last year than the previous years but we were actually told to not rate our team no more than a 3 out of 5 in our review process, this is something to look forward to in the future.
