What is the best part about your compensation package?

On top of typical benefits like health/dental/eye/life insurance, they offer all kinds of wellness apps, opportunities to reward our colleagues, opps to donate to charities, unlimited PTO, etc.

I work for commission and a lot of times I do the work successfully but still not paid for it. I provide proof that I did the work and they say if you did the work correctly you would have been automatically paid.
