It's really been a rewarding experience for me. While work can get a bit busy at times, my time here feels meaningful because I feel challenged and supported every day.

I am appreciative of the performance bonus structure. The health insurance is great too since the company uses the same HMO I use.

Something that stands out to me is that people are celebrated here. It's the kind of place where your contributions get seen and impact is recognized!

Mostly everyone you interact with is a good person and you can tell they genuinely care. Definitely one of the main reasons why I enjoy my #LifeAtProofpoint!

That there's a structured merit increase based on your performance, where exceptional work is noticed and rewarded - this really motivates you to continue doing your best work for the company.

For me it has to be the team and the work that we do at the company. It's rewarding to know that our work makes a difference to not just our culture, but to the everyday employee experience .

The best thing about my team is that everyone cares about the work they do. We all have different scopes but we always show up to deliver quality work - plus we can have a good laugh together which makes the work fun.
