What do you like best about the leadership team?
The mindset to upgrade old properties in Florida and technical innovation to lead the industry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The peers I work with. That trusting and team oriented dynamic coupled with the appreciation from my supervisor(s).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I keep more and more stores until I will no longer be able to coach everyone effectively to achieve all needed results. this also impacts retention. Complexity of a district should dictate number of properties in a particular district. Not a one-size fits all.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping and watching my team learn and be successful. Them working as a team. When my managers develop a true sense of "Ownership" of their business. And finally, when I coach them for improvement, then they follow it, improvement seen and them being excited to see how they CAN impact their bus.
