10 years in, there has been concern with personal career growth, being a bit looked over, etc. The satisfaction I get from my team is great. The stock reduction a couple years back was a real disappointment and concerning even with the $5k increase to pay, the weight of the stock was more to me.

Open communication, open to feedback and will respond and implement when necessary. Drives positive changes.

Seeing the success of our team's results when we are driving specific metrics. Seeing growth of our team members.

Open and honest with each other. Great nuggets of info for driving results from the new managers as well as the tenured.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Love the changes we make as a company with process and tech and the challenge to implement these within our team, coaching and getting them positively involved with the changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Peers around me, while underperforming in comparison, seem to have been promoted. I have seemed to be overlooked as an ace in place with no real opportunity however the carrot is constantly dangled. The change to stock awards a few years back was a negative change for me.
