What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That customers are not always incoming. There are periods of breaks without customers in front of you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the pay was closer to the norm for our market area for this position and if the company paid a larger portion of our health benefits.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Property managers are under paid and constantly complain about it and the price increases given to customer are so high and causing unrealistic expectations to keep them from moving out or even being upset about the service we offer.
