Internal promotion for all positions above District Manager. We're also very good at providing professional, candidate feedback on a consistent basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always asking open ended questions and engaging leaders at all levels in company decisions. Good example would be involvement of leaders at various levels on new initiatives (CDD, Kiosks, etc.)
