The work itself. I really enjoy it. It is challenging and stimulating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the fact that our executive cares about us as individuals; and they care about our development as employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have found the health insurance to be sub-par in comparison to health insurance benefits that I have had at other companies. I am avoiding care because my insurance covers so little.

I work with incredible people who are great at what they do and who care, not just about their individual performance and promotion; but about the performance and promotion of our entire team.
