Everyone truly cares for everyone and is like a family. It's easy to make friends with individuals outside of your team and on your team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and while the cost of benefits is low, it could be better in terms of access to better eye and dental insurance, as well as more 401K matching.
